Fieldy, mate - whether you're breaking down a carcase with scary precision or dropping knowledge bombs on a demo stage, you've done more for the barbecue, butchery and meat industry than most people realise. Your passion for the craft (and your talent for making a boning knife look like an extension of your own arm) hasn't gone unnoticed.

So today, put the knife down for five minutes, crack a cold one, and let someone else carve for a change. You've earned it.

Here's to another year of top-notch butchery, cracking podcast episodes, and keeping this industry honest, educated and well fed.
