A little about Bridie;
Bridie has proudly represented the Ararat Rats since 2022, and this year has taken another exciting step in her netball journey, playing in both the U17s and A Grade teams each week.
Over the past four years, Bridie has had the opportunity to represent both the Wimmera League and the Wimmera Mallee Netball Region in their U15 and U17 squads.
In 2024 and 2025, Bridie was selected for the Victorian Northern Zone Talent Academy as both a bottom-age and top-age player. She was also selected in the Top 50 Victorian U17 and U19 State Netball Squads, an incredible achievement that reflects her dedication and hard work.
For the past two years, Bridie has also been part of the Bendigo Strikers VNL Emerging Squad, continuing to develop her game and gain valuable experience within higher-level netball pathways.
Bridie finished up Runners Up in the Under 17βs Best & Fairest with an impressive 27 votes. What an amazing season ππ½
Bridieβs goal is to continue developing as an athlete by building her strength, fitness and overall performance, allowing her to compete at her very best.
She wants to continue challenging herself, working hard and making the most of every opportunity that comes her way as she progresses through the Victorian Netball pathway.
Ultimately, Bridie hopes to continue taking her netball to the next level and see just how far her dedication, determination and love for the game can take her. πͺπ½β
Over the next 8 weeks, Bridie will be working through his Elite Contender training program, focusing on building strength, fitness, confidence and athletic performance. πͺ
