A testimonial that says it all...
"The 2026 GCA National Congress in Newcastle was an awesome opportunity to put faces to names and connect with people across the industry. The conversations, shared experiences, and different perspectives made it a valuable and inspiring event. It was fantastic to see so many passionate people and emerging leaders coming together to learn, collaborate, and build meaningful connections."

Leading Young: Lessons from Gymnastics Leaders Under 40
Leadership can be challenging at the best of times — and stepping into senior leadership relatively young can bring an extra set of challenges.
This Thursday, GCA is bringing together four gymnastics leaders to share their experiences, including:
• Challenges they’ve faced and how they worked through them
• What has helped them succeed
• What hasn’t worked
• Lessons they’ve learned along the way
• Plenty of time for Q&A
Featuring:
Anthony Dorrington – Director, PIT Gymnastics
Ashleigh Dale – Operations Manager, Delta Gymnastics
David Krantz – CEO, Manly Warringah Gymnastics Club
Sara McSweeney – Director, Diamond Gymnastics Club
If you’re a Younger Owner or Manager, an emerging leader — or have younger leaders within your team — this could be a very worthwhile 45-minute investment.

As club leaders, we're often focused on finding solutions through resources, templates, policies, and training. While these tools are incredibly valuable, sometimes what you really need is the opportunity to talk through a challenge with someone who understands.
A conversation can provide clarity when you're feeling stuck, confidence when you're facing uncertainty, and new perspectives when you're looking for a way forward.
That's why GCA Club Support Consultations have been created exclusively for members.
Whether you're dealing with a staffing issue, reviewing your club's operations, planning for growth, navigating governance questions, supporting your coaching team, or simply looking for a sounding board, we're here to help.
What you can expect:
● Expert support from someone who understands gymnastics clubs
● Fresh ideas and industry-informed perspectives
● Practical solutions tailored to your situation
● A confidential space to discuss challenges and opportunities
● Guidance to help you make informed decisions with confidence
No two clubs are the same, which is why every consultation is focused on your unique circumstances and goals.
Sometimes the answer isn't another document or webinar. Sometimes it's a conversation with the right person at the right time.
Expert support. Fresh ideas. Practical solutions.
Available exclusively to GCA members.
Book your consultation today and discover how a single conversation can make a meaningful difference to your club.

GCA has Partnered with Vaughn Edmonds from Invert Systems to provide GCA Members with massive discounts off their products and services.
34.5% off software, 25% off training, and 10% off consulting.
"This started at Congress. I ran a round table on AI and the conversations kept going long after it finished, club owners describing what they wished the technology could take off their hands. GCA has always worked on clubs helping clubs, and that is exactly the right home for this. I am looking forward to working with members and putting some time back into their week."

GCA would like to express our condolences on the passing of Hayden Appleton Seymour.
Hayden, a gymnastics stalwart, passed last week in his adopted town of Wagga Wagga. GCA Hall of Fame Legend, Mark Forrest reports; "Formally a NZ national, he moved to Australia in the early 90s and started working as a carpet layer in his trade on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Hayden commenced his love for gymnastics at (NBG) in the 90’s and went on to acquire the Wagga Wagga School of Gymnastics lease at Bolton Park. Hayden rebranded it to Airborne gymnastics - that is continuing today as a private club and family run business".
GCA passes on its condolences to Hayden's family and friends; and his associates at Airborne.
Hayden is pictured; and with Mark Forest; and with the NBG team - including G*i Forrest, a GCA Hall of Fame Pioneer.
