Most people start exercising because they want to lose weight, tone up, or get fitter.
And that's great.
But one of the biggest benefits of strength training has nothing to do with how you look.
It's how much easier life becomes.
Carrying shopping.
Playing with your kids.
Traveling.
Gardening.
Getting up off the floor.
Doing everyday tasks without needing help.
These things don't seem important until they become difficult.
Train for the person you want to be in 10, 20, and 30 years.

But here's the question: When will you make time?
When your doctor tells you your bone density is declining?
When your back hurts every morning?
When climbing stairs leaves you puffing?
When getting off the floor isn't as easy as it used to be?
Exercise isn't just about losing weight or looking better.
It's about staying capable.
It's about building a body that can carry you through the next 10, 20, and 30 years.
The best time to start isn't when you have a problem.

The funny thing is, your body still needs water for everything that helps you feel good:
