The Altona Sports Club is calling for nominations for the following positions on the Board Of Directors.

𝙊𝙁𝙁𝙄𝘾𝙀 𝘽𝙀𝘼𝙍𝙀𝙍 𝙏𝙍𝙀𝘼𝙎𝙐𝙍𝙀𝙍
One Position Vacant 3-year term

Two Positions Vacant 3-year term

𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘

As per section 17.1
Only those members, who, according to these rules, are eligible to offer themselves for election and who have served at least two years as Ordinary Directors are eligible to be elected as Office Bearers.
As Per Section 18.1

𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗢𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦
Nominations of candidates for election to fill vacancies on the Board can be collected from Reception.
Shall be in writing on a form approved by the Board from time to time.
Shall contain the name, member number and signature of a proposer and a seconder both of whom shall be members entitled to nominate Members for election not being the candidate.
Shall be accompanied by the written consent of the candidate which may be endorsed on the form of nomination.
Shall be delivered to the Secretary, together with the forms referred to in this rule, not less than 21 days before the date fixed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting.
Official Nomination Forms are available from Reception between 10AM and 9PM. Nomination Forms must be completed 21 days from the Annual General Meeting (11th October 2025). This means nominations will close Saturday 19TH September 2025 at midnight.
