✨ Womb Wisdom & Menopause Rising
📖 Author of Seven Wonders of Menopause
🌹Reframing menopause from decline to initiation.

The Woman Reframing Menopause from Decline to Initiation. I’m Shavita, author of Seven Wonders of Menopause. I help women understand menopause, perimenopause and post-menopause as a powerful return to the body, truth, wisdom and voice. Through womb wisdom, sacred feminine teachings and real-life tools, I share a new story of menopause, one rooted in remembrance, not fear.

✨ A free Womb Wisdom Guide is available through my links. The guide I wish I had when I started my journey.

Sudden waves of heat? Check.

Heat rising through the body? Check.

Broken sleep? Check.

Heightened sensitivity? Check.

Emotions rising that can no longer be suppressed? Check.

Old identities falling apart? Check.

A sudden intolerance for the life you used to tolerate? Check.

A pull inward? Check.

A feeling that something inside you is trying to emerge? Check.

Menopause mirrors so much of what yogic traditions describe through the language of Kundalini awakening.

I’m not saying they are medically the same thing.

I’m saying the parallels are fascinating.

Because what if menopause isn’t only asking:

“What is happening to my body?”

What if another question is waiting underneath:

“What is awakening in me?”

Perhaps the fire isn’t only something to fear.

Perhaps, for some women, it can also become a symbol of transformation.

Burning through old identities.
Old conditioning.
Old ways of abandoning ourselves.

Until eventually, beneath everything we were taught to be…

we meet ourselves again.

They told us menopause was something to manage.

The heat.
The sleepless nights.
The emotional waves.
The feeling that something inside you is changing faster than you can understand.

But what if this stage of life is asking for more than symptom management?

What if it is asking you to listen?

To notice what no longer fits.
To release what you have outgrown.
To stop trying to become the woman you were…
and begin meeting the woman you are becoming.

For me, menopause became a remembering.

A return to my body.
A return to my truth.
A return to who I was before the world told me who to be.

That is why I created my Womb Wisdom Guide the guide I wish I had when I started my own journey.

They prepared us for our first bleed.

Pads. Tampons. What to expect.

But nobody really prepared us for the day our cycle would begin to change.

The missed periods.
The heavier ones.
The ones that arrive early.
The months where nothing feels predictable anymore.

And underneath all of that can be a much bigger question:

What is happening to me?

I wish someone had told me that menopause wasn’t simply something to fear or endure.

For me, it became an invitation to understand my body differently.

To listen.

To become curious instead of afraid.

To stop asking, “How do I get back to who I was?”

And start asking:

“Who am I becoming?”

That’s why I created the Menopause Reset Kit, the kit I wish I’d had when I started my own journey, with simple practices and guidance to help you move from fear towards trust.

They told us about the hormones.

But nobody told us what might happen to the woman underneath them.

The restlessness.
The rage.
The grief.
The feeling that you can no longer tolerate what you tolerated for years.

The sudden need for truth.

The desire to be alone.

The feeling that something inside you is trying to rise.

For me, menopause became more than a transition.

It became an initiation.

A stripping away.

A remembering.

A return to the parts of myself I had buried beneath years of being everything to everyone else.

And I began to wonder…

What if this isn’t only about what is leaving us?

What if it is also about what is trying to awaken within us?

What if the fire, the restlessness, the intuition, the deep need for change are part of a woman becoming more fully herself?

That is why I created the Menopause Reset Kit — the kit I wish I had when I started my journey.

A collection of the practices, questions and tools that helped me move from fear towards trust and listen more deeply to what my body was asking of me.

For so long, I thought the answer was to get back to the woman I was before menopause.

My old body.
My old energy.
My old self.

Until I began to wonder…

What if I’m not supposed to go back?

What if this chapter is asking me to listen differently?

For me, the shift began when I stopped fearing every change in my body and started becoming curious about what it was asking of me.

Not overnight.
Not perfectly.

But slowly, I began moving from fear towards trust.

And that is why I created the Menopause Reset Kit — the tools, practices and questions I wish I’d had when I first began this journey.

If you’re in the thick of it and don’t quite recognise yourself right now, comment RESET and I’ll send you the details. 🌹

There are seasons when change arrives loudly.

If this spoke to you, follow along

And others when nothing on the outside has changed, but somewhere inside you, you know you cannot keep living in quite the same way.

Maybe that is what this full moon and eclipse has illuminated.

The roles.
The resentment.
The exhaustion.
The things we have swallowed.
The parts of ourselves we abandoned because there was always somebody else to look after.

I think many women reach this place during midlife.

We think we are losing ourselves.

Perhaps we are finally beginning to hear ourselves.

What are you no longer willing to carry into the next chapter?

28/08/2026

We were taught that our worth lived in how much we could carry.

Keep going.
Keep giving.
Keep everyone else happy.
And rest when everything is done.

💚 🕊️ Womb Wisdom with Shavita △ 🕊️

But everything is never done.

Then menopause arrives… and for many of us, the body simply won’t play that game anymore.

Maybe the exhaustion isn’t weakness.

Maybe it’s an invitation.

To stop.
To listen.
To question the life we’ve been pushing ourselves through.

And perhaps underneath all that doing is a woman we’ve almost forgotten.

The woman we were before the world told us who to be.

I’m Shavita. I’m remembering.

Sometimes the urge to run away isn’t really about leaving your life.

It’s about needing enough space to hear yourself again.

Menopause can bring everything to the surface the pace, the pressure, the roles, the expectations, the parts of your life that no longer fit the woman you are now.

And sometimes the most important question isn’t, “How do I get back to who I was?”

It’s:

What do I actually want now?

I created the Womb Wisdom Guide because it’s the guide I wish I had before I started my own journey.

Something to help you understand what’s changing, listen to your body differently, and move through this season with more trust and less fear.

What if you stopped fighting your body and started listening to her instead?

💚 🕊️ Womb Wisdom with Shavita △ 🕊️

This short Full Moon meditation is an invitation to soften.

To make peace with the woman in the mirror.
To release the old stories about how your body should look.
To stop treating change like something has gone wrong.

Your body is not betraying you.

She is speaking.

And perhaps this chapter is asking you to listen differently.

Take a few minutes for yourself today. Save this meditation and come back to it whenever you need to remember:

I choose to make peace with my body.
I choose to listen.
I choose to trust.

And when we begin to trust our bodies, we begin to trust life itself. 💚

If this speaks to where you are right now, my Menopause Reset Kit was created to help you move from fear back into trust. Comment Reset & I’ll send it to you🕊️

Maybe you’ve been feeling it too.

That strange feeling that nothing is necessarily “wrong”

Let’s journey together 🕊️

but you can’t keep living in quite the same way.

Things you once tolerated feel heavier.

Your body wants more space.

Your soul wants more truth.

And a part of you is tired of being the woman who holds everything together while quietly abandoning herself.

Maybe this full moon isn’t here to give you another thing to fix.

Maybe it’s simply illuminating what you already know.

What’s finished.
What no longer fits.
What you’re ready to stop carrying.
And the parts of yourself you’re ready to remember.

This is why I created the Sacred Circle.

Once a month, under the full moon, we gather as women to soften, listen, release and remember who we were before the world told us who to be.

No performing.
No becoming.
Just coming home to ourselves.

Comment MOON and I’ll send you the invitation to join us.
