Tomorrow is Dee’s last class with us at Pure Fitness Alstonville.

2026 Timetable Update 📣💪🏼
Classes have already started back — and from this week, our updated timetable and exciting program changes will begin!
We’ve introduced some great additions this year, including our brand new Strength in Motion class with our amazing new instructor, Dee.
This class focuses on strength work, yoga, breathwork, and balance, offering a well-rounded practice suitable for all levels.

We’re so excited to welcome our newest instructor to the team Dee!
Dee brings a rich and inspiring background to the gym. She’s a qualified yoga teacher, a primary school teacher, and a Traditional Hawaiian hula dancer, now expanding her career into strength training.
Her new class beautifully blends strength work for resilience and confidence, yoga and breathwork for mobility, balance, and calm, and elements of hula for rhythm, flow, and joyful movement. The result is a class that builds strength while staying connected to breath, body, and heart.
This is movement with purpose - grounding, empowering, and accessible for all levels. We can’t wait for you to experience it with her 💪🏼🧘🏼♂️🌺

Heads up, members: The ceiling downstairs will be getting painted next week, Monday 12th – Wednesday 14th, between 11 am and 4 pm. We’ve scheduled it to minimise disruption, but if possible, please try to avoid the area during these hours.
