Saturday adults open mats 9am & 12pm - Two solid open mat sessions with the adults crew! Getting in a lot of good rolls!

Saturday kids & teen rolling class 10am-11am - We had a great rolling session with the little peeps this morning! Everyone was rolling really well and pushing each other on the mats!

Well done Layla, Alicia, Archie, Elliot, Riley on your stripe promotions! Great work all of you! Keep at it!

Friday kids & teens classes - Kicking it with the kids and teens this afternoon on the mats. 3-6yr olds working on their guard pull and passes! 7yrs-teens working on the guard pull into scissor sweeps!

Friday adults all levels 10am - Getting in another Friday morning session with the peeps! running through our guard pull into flower swipe and back takes!

Friday adults fundamentals 6am - Back on the mats with the 6am crew. Hayley and Charles got in a good session. Working some takedowns and fine tuning their passing!

Thursday adults fundamentals 6pm - Good times with the adults crew tonight! The peeps were working hard on the half guard passing!

Wednesday kids & teens NoGi - It’s a cold and rainy day in Alice but the kids & teens didn’t let that stop them from getting a great afternoon on the mats! 3-6 yr olds building their crazy horse position, 7-12yr olds tightening up the back takes and RNC finishes, teens working on the X guard entires and sweeps!

Tuesday adults fundamentals - Geeting deeper into our half guard positions and sweeps! Doing a little deep dive and seeing where we can go from each of the three sweeps we’ve been working on! Tonight we focused on the sit-up sweep to back control then looked at the Willie Nelson choke and the bow & arrow set ups!

Monday adults all levels 6:30pm - Great session with the adults crew tonight to get the week started! Putting in some more work on the mount fundamentals! Building frames and using them to create space for the escapes!
