Wednesday kids & teens NoGi - Great afternoon on the mats with the little peeps! 3-6yr olds working on the double unders then attacking the single leg. 7-12yr olds the side body lock into side control. Teens continuing with the arm drag into valley drop then hitting the armbar attack.

Tuesday adults comp class - Dan was working the comp crew hard on the mats tonight! Trouble shooting the triangle attack and defences with the crew before running everyone through some shark tanks to build the comp endurance!

Tuesday adults fundamentals 6pm - Great session with adults crew tonight! Working some half guard passes to round out the work we’ve being doing on the sweeps! Our over all half guard position is coming along nicely.

Monday adults all levels - Getting the week started with the adults crew tonight. Working on a bit of the butterfly guard and sweeps from the mount escapes and side control!

Monday kids & teens classes - Busy Monday on the mats with the little peeps! 3-6yr olds working on the details on the shark bite mount escape. 7-12yr olds continuing to work on the guard pull to triangle attack. Teens working the Toreando pass to knee in belly & side control then attacking the armbar & americana.

Saturday adults open mats 9am & 12pm - Double roll sessions with the peeps today! The crew were getting in their mat time and some solid rolls!

Saturday kids & teens rolling class - Solid morning session with the little peeps! Everyone was rolling well today, we’re seeing more improvement from everyone’s attacking and defending positions.

Friday kids & teens classes - Busy Friday on the mats with the kids & teens. 3-6yr olds continuing to working on the sharkbite bridging escape from mount. 7-teens working the guard passing with the Toreando pass and finishing in the knee on belly.

Thursday adults comp class 7:15pm - Great session with Dan and the comp team tonight. Dan ran the peeps through some wrestling set ups, focusing on swimming & grip fighting and securing the takedown.

Thursday adults fundamentals 6pm - Working the Toreando pass to knee on belly with the peeps tonight. Hitting the armbar and baseball bat choke once we’ve passed and controlled the opponent from the knee of belly position.
