Footy 1on1 intro Become Physically Unstoppable in a 1on1 contest on the footy field....

Before the worse news imaginable these boys were down at the service base helping making lunches for the searchers. They also got up 5:30am to go cook breakfast too.

Shout out to the Centralian Middle School Clontarf crew for bringing the boys down to the gym to learn some wrestling moves for footy tackling and evading tackles.

Come down to our after school youth program on Fridays. 4pm 12-16yrs 5pm 17-25yrs.
Develop your skills to beat opponents in a 1on1 on the footy oval.

We're excited to Introduce a brand new program for the football enthusiasts who are serious about developing their skills in footy.

You won't only learn how to use wrestling techniques and to understand how to take your tackling to the next level.
But you will learn how to use wrestling principles on how to defend and evade tackles, to fend off opponents and kick more goals. 🤌🏾
