Big thank you to Hirata Sensei for conducting a very successful grading here in Alice Springs. Congratulations to everyone who graded, and a special congratulations to Alex for earning her Shō-Dan.

Big thank you to Sensei Ben from Brisbane north for allowing Harrison to come in and train in preparation for the Brisbane competition Taking place this Saturday. Best of luck to all competitors involved Ossu!

The countdown is well and truly on for our NSW squad training, hosted by local member Thomas Ross on Friday the 31st of October. Followed by our state titles on Saturday the 1st of November under the watchful eye of Ian Harris Sensei

Ossu! Hello friends and family. As we go back to training for term 4, which begins on October the 6th, we also begin to enter the hotter season of the year. The amount you sweat in training reflects the amount of effort you put in, but this is no good without the proper intake of water to balance it out. We ask all students and parents/caretakers to ensure you have your own water bottle for training and stay cool. thank you, Ossu!

Ossu! Hello friends and family. We will take a short 1 week break during the school holidays. With training going ahead as per usual on September 22, and 24. No training on September 29th or October 1st.
