At a time of honouring those who protected our country, it inspired me to find bravery in picking up my brush again in what feels like forever 🖌️

Life challenges, time and confidence have held me back the past few years. I have realised these hurdles will always be present so I have made a commitment to create little pockets in ‘everyday life’ to explore again what used to bring me joy 🙌

Baby steps, remember self care, focus on the ‘glimmers’ and just start… ‘perfect imperfection’ is better than no action at all👊
