⚽️ QUARTER FINAL RESULTS — WHAT A DAY! 💙🤍

Congratulations to all our teams on a fantastic 2026 season, and a special mention to every team that battled their way into the finals series! 👏

Sunday was a massive day for ACFC, with our teams spread across four different grounds, meaning plenty of parents, supporters, players and volunteers were on the move all day to get behind our teams. 💙

🩷 U12 GIRLS
Our U12 girls took their quarter final all the way to extra time, eventually conceding right before the final whistle. What an incredible effort from our girls — you should be so proud of yourselves!

🩷 U14 GIRLS
A huge thank you to Twin City Wanderers FC and the referee for accommodating a delayed start while eight of our U14 girls were still involved in the U12G game. The sportsmanship shown was fantastic and greatly appreciated.

Our U12G and U14G are the first ACFC girls teams in many years to make the junior finals series! What an achievement!

Girls, hold your heads high — you have made your club incredibly proud. 🩷👏

It's been a long season with injuries, pregnancies, work commitments and holidays! But you did it! You got to finals often understaffed! But it wasn't our day, thanks to David and Paris for putting up with us for another year !

A day of mixed emotions - in case you missed it our div 1 men have won the league for the first time in 32 years 💙🤩🤍

Best on for div 1 was Dave, the only man on the field who was alive at the last league win… basically ancient and still playing his heart out!

Best on for Div 2 men was our legendary Jonah, a hard game in goals and he made some unreal saves!

Best on for Div 2 women goes to Hannah, playing in a position she’s not used to and giving it her all, a real team player!

Best on for Div 3 men goes to Josh once again, a hard worker and an impressive defender!

RESULTS OF THE DAY:

U12 boys -> 1-0 WINNNNN

Div 2 women -> 2-0 WINNNNNN

Div 3 men -> 1-0 loss

Div 2 men -> 3-1 loss

U14 girls -> 1-1 draw

Div 1 men -> 2-1 WINNNNNN (and the league)

ROUND 21 WRAP UP - DERBY DAY

The legendary derby day certainly lived up to its expectations, kicked off with a fiery thirds match, and the intensity continued into the day.

For our best on for thirds it has to go the one and only Luke Brown, thanks to Luke the game was equalised, and what a celebration afterwards!!!

For the div 2 men we had Ethan taking home the accolades, working hard up top and ensuring the boys stayed in front! And one hell of a volunteer - running the lines for the senior game!

In the div 1 men it really could’ve gone to many a player, but Cham really stood out - I mean did you see his goal? No looking, back heel pearler! Unreal scenes.
