And we are back... tomorrow! First class being Little Ninjas at 5:30. For those who have the new t shirts you can wear that instead of your gi top, those who don't and want one please see an instructor to get your order in. It will be a warmer week so remember to bring water and a towel (if you need one). Can't wait to see you all back, it is going to be an exciting year!

It's Grading Day!!
Remember if you are grading to be in full uniform, bring lots of water and your positive attitudes! Even if you aren't grading you are allowed to attend and train and see what a grading is all about!
9am sharp start so get here early to warm up or ask last minute questions while there are so many instructors in one place!

One of our members Blake is shaving it all off for the Royal Children's Hospital!! This is going to be a rare sight so let's support him by giving a donation.
