Savoury scrolls? Yes please. Rhys tried something a little different. Tested out the thermomix and using yeast for raising. They look and smell amazing!

The team have been having a bake off today. We have a couple of lemon slices, blueberry cheesecake, Oreo hedgehog slice and choc ripple towers (will have coffee cream to finish off).

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Faye over the past few years. Watching her build her skills, and grow in confidence.
One of the best parts of Faye’s journey has been the friendships she’s built along the way. She has become a valued member of our team, and her teammates will certainly miss seeing her each week.
Now it’s time for her next adventure as she heads off to pursue new employment.

How good is this team? Bill made a very complex Victoria Sponge. Izzy made a double sponge and Rhys made two Lemon cakes. The aroma was amazing.
