Behind every meal served in our cafe is a whole team working together! 👏
Today’s time-lapse gives a glimpse of just how much happens behind the scenes. From preparing food and washing dishes to cleaning, restocking and helping one another, everyone plays an important role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
It’s busy, it’s fast-paced, and it’s full of opportunities to build real workplace skills like teamwork, communication, organisation and time management.

This week was packed with learning opportunities, teamwork, and plenty of great food and coffee. Participants practised a range of hospitality and living skills including food preparation, barista skills, customer service, cleaning, teamwork, following recipes, and problem-solving.
