We start with a warm-up to get everyone moving and ready to learn.

Then it’s time for the technique of the day, followed by solo drills and games that help develop fitness, cardio, agility and reaction time.

But Jiu-Jitsu is about so much more than physical skills. Our classes help children build confidence, discipline, resilience, coordination and friendships.

And this is how we finish our classes… with one of our favourite end-of-class games! ❤️
