💙💚 HAPPY FATHER’S DAY FROM YOUNG MELBOURNE GAA! 💚💙

A big Happy Father’s Day to all the brilliant dads, grandads, stepdads and father figures in our Young Melbourne family!

To the dads who drive to training, stand on the sidelines in every kind of Melbourne weather, tie boots, carry gear, cheer the loudest and somehow always have a bit of “helpful advice” for the referee… 😂🙈

Thank you for everything you do, both on and off the pitch. 💙💚

We hope you’re being spoiled today and enjoying a well earned rest… preferably with the feet up with a good cup of tea (or pint in hand!) ☕️🍻😂

Lá na nAithreacha sona daoibh!
Happy Father’s Day to you all!

From everyone at Young Melbourne GAA 💙💚☘️

🏃‍♀️ Light running session to kick off the season

And because all good training sessions deserve a reward... 😂 we’ll be heading to St LuJa | Cocktails & Guinness afterwards for a little team bonding and their delicious $1 WINGS! 🤤🍗

Whether you’ve played Gaelic football for years, haven’t kicked a ball in a while, or have never played before, come along and give it a go!

No experience needed. No pressure. Just a chance to get moving, meet some new people, have a laugh and see what Young Melbourne is all about. ☘️

Bring a friend, bring your runners and come join the girls! 💙💚

EVERYONE IS WELCOME! 🙌

🎉☘️ WE COULDN’T FINISH OUT THE WEEK WITHOUT THIS ONE! ☘️🎉

A very Happy Belated Birthday to our fearless and ever passionate Club President, Carl! 🥳🍻

If you know Carl, you’ll know there are a few things he takes VERY seriously… Young Melbourne GAA and his beloved Clare GAA! 💙💛😂

Carl’s passion for our club is second to none. He gives so much of his time, energy and heart to Young Melbourne, and we are incredibly lucky to have him leading the charge. 💙💚

Or as the Clareman himself would say…

☘️ “céide sa cath agus deireadh amach” ☘️
First into battle and last out! 💪💙💚

We reckon that sums our President up pretty well! 😂👏

From everyone at Young Melbourne GAA, we hope you had an absolutely brilliant birthday, Carl! 🎂🍻

Here’s to another year of Young Melbourne, Clare, plenty of GAA chat and maybe even the odd quiet pint along the way! 😂☘️

Happy Birthday, Mr President! 🥳💙💚

🎉☘️ YOUNG MELBOURNE GAA IS TURNING 10! ☘️🎉

Sure, where did those 10 years go?! 😂💙💚

Young Melbourne GAA is celebrating the BIG 10 and we think that deserves a proper celebration! 🍻🥳

📅 Saturday night 17th October

📍 And where else would we celebrate but with our amazing major sponsor P.J.O'Brien's Melbourne, Southbank! ☘️🍻

PJ’s have been huge supporters of Young Melbourne and we couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate 10 years of our club.

And really… an Irish pub, a GAA club and a 10 year anniversary. Match made in heaven 🇮🇪🍻

We’re celebrating ALL things Young Melbourne. 💙💚

The players, the families, the friendships, the sideline laughs, the wins, the losses, the road trips and the great memories.

Past members, present members, families, friends and supporters, we want you there!

There’s plenty more to come, but for now get this one into the calendar…
