Im excited to post the first lessons we've held for a while!!

Spring holidays are approaching and the surf has been amazing!

What we have in store for the upcoming holidays:

September 30th - October 2nd, 3 day course for 8yrs plus (including adults). 10am-12 each day. $180pp

Saturday October 3rd is a day for the LADIES! 10am -12. 14yrs - Adults. $80pp

Sunday 4th October, Group lesson, 10am-12. $80pp.

October 7/8/9th, 3 day course, 9-11am. 6-14yrs. Aimed to support a younger age group. $180pp

Mothers Day is around the corner (Sunday May 10th in case you're curious 😉) and we are hosting our first Mother/Daughter Yoga and Surfing morning....

Swahini Yoga and Due South Surfing Academy are combining what we do best to honour and celebrate Mums this year!

Who: Mums and Daughters (aged 10yrs +) or Mums or daughters are welcome solo too. ❤️

When: Mothers Day, 8.30-11.30am

Where: Starting @ Middleton Beach Surf Life Saving Club for our yoga session, followed by a light morning tea, then making our way onto the beach for our surfing spectacular.

What: Yoga 🧘‍♀️ Fun 😁 waves 🏄‍♀️ cake 🎂 chai 😋 smiles 😃 relaxation 😌 adrenaline

Why: Because..... yep! It'll be fantastic

If possible BYO yoga mat and blanket. All surfing gear supplied

Ladies! 2 day womens course coming up!! March 14th and 15th, 8-10am each day.

We absolutely love our ladies sessions. Full of laughter and comradery (is that a word?) Anyway, we're in it together, backing each other all the way! The competition is who is having the most fun...and its usually pretty close.

$170 for both days, or $90 to just join day 1 only. Middleton or Muttonbird Beach.

What we love about coaching is sharing the stoke! And me and my epic amazing team have a whole lot of that! Thankyou to the best and funnest team this boss lady could ask for....And thanks to everyone who comes along and makes what we do so appreciated and joins in on the stoke!! Yew!!!
