Can you believe it’s already July!
Has time flown so fast and your thinking “where did that go?”
You may also be thinking….
“I had so many plans for my health and fitness”
“Where do I even start”

“Everytime I start I fail”
“I don’t want to get injured”
“I want to feel good”
I’d love to talk to you about the how, your “why” and put in place a strategic plan without feeling overloaded. You need a plan that’s achievable and flexible.

Miss Chelsea….happy 18th my gorgeous girl🩷
You bring so much happiness and joy that my heart is just so full. You are so ready to go out there and absolutely set this world on fire! You have a soul that runs so deep. Your capacity to be kind, thoughtful and loving just blows me away. Your instincts are strong and usually right. You have this quality that makes everyone around you shine bright. You’re smart, funny and headstrong and I love it all!! I still remember many years ago when you worked out you would turn 18 the same year your dad turned 50…and you were adamant even then that the two of you would celebrate together! And where are you?? Greece! What a way to turn 18! Then celebrating with your friends a few days later on a Greek island somewhere! You deserve every great thing that comes your way! You are determined and work hard.
I look forward to celebrating when you get home🩷🪩

Saturday HYROX session done!
4 x 12 min WODS today working on compromised heart rate….managing a higher heart rate through various exercise groupings.
Awesome work ladies! Heads were in the game working hard to stay in that higher heart rate zone.
AND the sun was up when we finished with a blue sky to add!!
What a great day!

Please don’t think that people that exercise regularly necessarily enjoy it, love it, or even want to do it.
Regular exercise is the same as drinking water ever day, eating food, being human.
We are designed to move! Those that have made it to the side of regular exercise do it because it’s a not negotiable.
Being strong helps us age well.
Being cardio fit allows us to keep up with daily load.
Exercising with others helps us connect emotionally.
Not to mention a clearer headspace!!
You don’t have to thrash your body. Exercise needs to be sustainable.
For many years my main reasons to exercise have been to be a positive role model for my children, be able to keep up with them and to keep my head clear so I can sustain my daily load.
I’m essentially happier🩷
Do I always feel like doing it?? Ummm NO!!! But I know and understand why it’s a no brainer…just as essential as breathing!
I’d love to help you get started.
Give me 12 weeks….to never have to say “I’m starting AGAIN”🩷
