It’s all happening this Saturday — three big games of footy and a massive day for the club as we take on Aberfeldie!

Past Players day from 1:00pm including "Happy Hour" and food until the first bounce. It will be great to see some of our old faces as they relive their glory days and we celebrate our significant history

Then stick around after the final siren as we roll straight into live music with Brunsy from 5:15pm and continue the celebrations🎉

Get down to Hansen Reserve, bring your mates, and make a day of it. Let’s pack The Nest and get around the Eagles!

On Saturday at the Nest, while the senior results didn’t go our way, we were incredibly proud as a club to bring mental health awareness to the forefront.
In memory of past president Jake Crawford, we continue to stand strong in our belief that nobody is alone and that we all have a responsibility to look out for one another. There is no shame and no guilt in speaking up or reaching out.
A heartfelt thank you to Justin Koschitzke for courageously sharing his story, and to everyone who attended and took the time to listen.
We all have a role to play. Community matters. As a club, we acknowledge, accept and embrace our role as an anchor—supporting each other and ensuring that no one is ever left behind. 💛

💙 MENTAL HEALTH ROUND – THIS SATURDAY 💙

This weekend, Airport West Football Club is proud to dedicate our Round 9 fixture to Mental Health Awareness.

We encourage all players, supporters and the wider footy community to get behind this important initiative.
🔹 Players will wear blue armbands
🔹 Coaches will wear blue ribbons

It’s a small gesture with a powerful message — to check in on one another, speak up, and know that support is always there.

We’re also hosting a special Heritage Lunch to honour our past President Jake Crawford, while raising vital funds for Lifeline with our partners at MKTG.

Amazing to see our very own Brady Massaro strutting his stuff against the WRFL — a big-game player dominating the opposition and stepping up in key positions. 💪

World Cup HEIST at AWFC!

World Cup fever hits AWFC junior training at The Nest. ⚽️

To celebrate the commencement of the FIFA World Cup this Friday 12 June, juniors, wear your soccer-coloured tops to training. Pick a country, rep the colours, green +gold or your favourite soccer team jersey, bring the energy. Families head into the social rooms after training. Bar open from 5:00pm. AFL on the screens.
