Pretty chuffed at the version of me I am today, younger me would be so proud! No matter the paths that my life has led me down I have always believed I was destined for a beautiful life and I hope you speak that over your life too! Instagram and Facebook are curated feeds of perfection but please remember no one gets out of here alive, so live your life for you and chase those dreams because no one is going to do it for you. Life is more exciting when you are getting out of your comfort zone and when you are living a life that your younger self would of dreamt about. So keep doing you and never ever compare yourself to anyone else. You are YOU and that is your superpower 💕

If you ever get the chance, go alone.
Walk alone, travel alone, live alone, dance alone.
Just for a while.
If you ever get the chance, learn who you are when the world isn't demanding you be one way or another.
Most people only know how to stand on their own if someone else will stand beside them.
Don't let that be your story.
When you get the chance, know that the opportunity to walk alone, even for a bit, is a rare gift, one that will hand you insight that can change the course of your life.

Setting the standard ✨💕

I woke up feeling fabulous today and what a vibe the day was ✨✨

Started the day with a beautiful hike with no music or podcast for most of the way just me and nature, then headed to the markets with the fam, ate lots of yummy food, went shopping, had lunch with a beautiful view, self care and now a relaxing af Saturday night!

I share this little snippet of my day today as most of my weekends prior to being sober were filled with sleeping in until lunch time and having zero energy to do anything, would order take away and get back in bed wasting my life away! Literally wasting it away.

Every single day we wake up to another day on earth is another day we are able to make memories with our loved ones. Even if they are slow mornings with the tunes on, cuddles on the couch, playing board games, cooking a cake, dancing in the kitchen or more adventurous things.

Every day is a blessing!

Even if we had to cut our family day short because Heath and Coby decided to declare a day of annoying each other and no amount of trying to coach them through their disagreements worked. IYKYK 🥲

Do something today your future self will thank you for and for me that was declaring a sober era ✨✨
