Hey Football Fam!
Registrations for both the Over 9‘s and Under nines competitions will be closing soon.
If you are not part of the club yet speak to us about term 4 Discounts and get your child(ren) involved!
Over Nines – Stingray Shield
It looks like we will have enough for 4 teams which is great as it means there will be games for all participants each week.
The competition will run for nine weeks. At this stage starting on Sunday 11 October and running until Sunday 6 December 2026.
The games will take place over 2 x 25 minutes halves. The times of the games is yet to be confirmed but at this stage we are planning for 9am and 10am on a Sunday mornings to avoid the midday heat.
It will be a double round robin for the prelims (each team pays each other twice) and then the finals where ‘Third Plays Fourth’ and ‘First Plays Second’ .
We need to get the teams sorted and posted so please register your child if you have not already done so as we do not want anyone to miss out.

Under Nines – Koala League
Although we have a few players registered, at this stage we do not have enough to run the league, so please register your child as soon as possible so we can get enough numbers to run it.
We will decide the teams in the fairest possible way once we have all the numbers.
The league will run for 6 – 8 weeks, depending on final numbers.
At this stage starting first Sunday back from school holidays, Sunday 11 October.
Games will be 2 x 15 minutes halves and at this stage we are thinking the games will be held at 8:00am and 8:30am on a Sunday Morning (TBC).
It will be a double round robin for all teams if we get enough for 4 teams - In alignment with Football Australia guidelines, matches played in these cohorts do not record scores or track official points.
The exclusive focus is on skill acquisition, equal participation, and enjoying the game. We know the kids will keep score in their heads, but we don’t and therefore there will not be any finals.
