What a special day I had yesterday….. a catch up with two special friends & the privilege of giving them an Ayurvedic treatment 🙏 The day ended with a sound healing honouring the winter solstice. Thank you to the beautiful souls that came 💚🙏 .tumbarumba

I’ve just returned from doing an Ayurvedic Panchakarma Detox at the Ayurvedic Wellness Centre in Bondi. Panchakarma is a detoxification & rejuvenation therapy that clears ama (toxins) from your body & focuses on restoring optimum health 🙌 What an incredible time we had & how amazing do I feel now 🙌 thank you to Dr Deepika & the beautiful therapists who were so nurturing as they guided us through this journey. Highly recommended!!
