SCHOOL HOLIDAY NETBALL CLINIC – DAY 1 🏐🙌🏽

What an awesome way to kick off our School Holiday Netball Clinic!

The girls worked through a high-energy skills session focusing on ball handling, take-off speed, quick feet, decision-making and more. 💨🏃‍♀️

We then hit the gym for a Strength & Conditioning session, building strong movement foundations, developing athleticism, and learning how to perform under fatigue. 💪🏽🔥

The effort, energy and willingness to learn from every athlete was incredible, and we can’t wait to build and progress in next week’s session. 🧨

Baseline Built & CAP BASKETBALL have collaborated to bring you a court-specific strength and conditioning program, integrated with wellbeing education and an optional recovery add-on to support every aspect of your young females athletic development. This is a combination of both CAPSTRONG for basketballers and our Netball Progression Program for our netball community!

THESE GIRLS BROUGHT THE ENERGY 🧨

The girls from Western Strikers Soccer Club came in for a midweek strength and conditioning session focused on building strong foundations while getting the heart rate up.

It was a fast-paced you go, I go partner workout, and they absolutely smashed it. 💪🏽🔥

This morning’s BASE workout was very much a choose-your-own-adventure session 🔥

⏱️ 30s on / 30s off × 8
😮‍💨 2 min rest & change movement
⏱️ 40s on / 40s off × 6
😮‍💨 2 min rest & change movement
⏱️ 60s on / 60s off × 4
😮‍💨 2 min rest & change movement
⏱️ 90s on / 90s off

As the work intervals increased, so did the challenge. The crew had to choose their movements wisely, manage their pace, and know when to push the accelerator. 💪🏽
