Spaces available in our Thursday night Cardio Tennis session, 6.30-7.30pm.

Ideal for players new to the game, those looking for social fitness or those who are returning after a time away from the game.

Thanks to everyone who came to tonight’s session. It was cold 🥶 but apart from that a perfect night for a bash and the 80’s tunes helped.

We have spots available in our Friday morning Cardio 'Play' session, 9.30-10.30am at West Beach Tennis Club.

Ideal for intermediate players looking to improve their fitness or training for competition.

One of our group was missing for their birthday, so we sent out birthday wishes!!

Christmas in July is coming to our Cardio Tennis sessions!

Due to weather, we have had to reschedule our Cancer Council Morning Tea and Pickleball.
