Our Men’s Senior Team took to the field in our Roma kits as we marked the anniversary of the passing of one of Salisbury Villa’s most loved sons, Bruno Costanzo.

11 years may have passed, but for those who knew Bruno, his memory remains as strong as ever. His passion for football, his love for Salisbury Villa, and the impact he had on the people around him will never be forgotten.

Wearing the Roma strip — Bruno’s favourite — was our way of remembering him, honouring his memory, and keeping his spirit close to the club he loved.

On Saturday, we didn’t just wear the Roma colours… we wore them for Bruno. ❤️💛

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the result we were looking for. Going down to 10 men made the task even harder, but our defence held strong for long periods, with Anthony, Angelo and Frank putting in great performances and giving everything for the team.

After battling so hard, we conceded two very late goals to eventually go down 2–0.

The result may not have gone our way, but the day was about something much bigger — remembering Bruno and keeping his memory alive within our Villa family. ❤️💛

☕ THE WAIT IS OVER — OUR NEW COFFEE MACHINE HAS ARRIVED! ☕

Thank you to everyone for your patience while we’ve been making do with our trusty sachet coffees!

A huge thank you to Adam Perre from our Under 11’s for helping us organise a new coffee machine for the club.

It’s already been put through a very important round of committee taste-testing, and we’re very happy to report that proper coffee is back at Salisbury Villa! 🙌☕

The new machine will be up and running this Saturday, so make sure you stop by and grab a coffee while you’re at the club.
