Last week, our BBF community got moving for Pedal to Fight Parkinson’s 💜

Across 24 hours of movement, clients and staff jumped on the bikes to show their support for the Parkinson’s community.

For some of our clients, Parkinson’s is part of everyday life, making it especially meaningful to come together, get moving and support a cause so close to home.

🥊 Welcome to the BBF 1000 Club!

In July, our Tuesday morning boxing group took on the incredible challenge of completing 1,000 punches in a single class.

Held every 6 to 12 months, this challenge is a true test of endurance and commitment. Our members showed up, dug deep and celebrated the milestone together with a well earned coffee afterwards. ☕️

At BBF, it's not just about exercise. It's about achieving goals alongside a supportive community.

For Exercise Right Week, we asked our members how our Exercise Physiologists have improved their exercise routine?

We understand exercise isn't always easy on your own! what weights to choose? what exercises are safe? and importantly, how to stick to a routine?

That's where our passionate team of Exercise Physiologists can help! They offer support, specialised advice, guidance and importantly, motivation to keep coming! . 💙

Hydrotherapy is more than exercise, it’s a community.

Being surrounded by people who understand what you’re going through can make all the difference. Many of our members support each other, build friendships and even catch up for coffee after class.

Move your body, connect with others and know you’re not alone at Brain & Body Fitness.

Sometimes the hardest step is just getting started.

One of our hydrotherapy members couldn’t even kick their leg back at first. But after a few weeks in the water… they surprised themselves.

Hydrotherapy is gentle, supportive and designed to help you move with confidence again.

Step out of your comfort zone and come give it a try. Get in touch with the BBF team on 1800 455 655.
