When you’re out on trail, it’s easy for a wrong turn or fading daylight to shake your confidence. But panic is the real danger, not being lost. Take a breath and lean on a simple mantra that keeps hikers grounded when things go sideways. Remembering this can turn a stressful moment into a manageable one.
