TONIGHT! We're starting our block on the CHICAGO TRIPLE -A Jookin' style of Blues dancing!

This is a style of blues dance that is ideal for dancing to mid and up tempo blues songs in smaller spaces.

Chicago Triple is a lively, upbeat evolution of African American blues dancing set to 1950s and 60s shuffle blues. It is defined by its signature triple-step footwork, expressive body isolations, and a characteristic push-and-release energy.
