A group of women with busy lives, careers, families, commitments and plenty of reasons why they couldn’t possibly find the time… yet somehow, they did.

Some of you have years of experience behind you. Some of you are stepping into calisthenics for the very first time. Some of you have spent years sitting on the sidelines, cheering on your daughters, and now you’re the ones being cheered for. And some of you are simply here because you decided it was time to try something new.

Whatever brought you here, you’ve all found your way onto the same floor — and what you’ve created together is something to be incredibly proud of.

You have shown up when life was busy. You have trained when you were tired. You have learned new skills, pushed yourselves outside your comfort zones, laughed through the hard moments and kept turning up for each other.

And somehow, through all of that, you’ve become a TEAM. ❤️

Today isn’t about proving that you belong here. You already do.

It’s about enjoying the moment, embracing the nerves, celebrating the work you’ve put in and reminding yourselves just how much you are capable of when you give something a chance.

So take a moment to look around at the women beside you. Be proud of what you’ve achieved together. Then step onto that floor, have fun, give it everything and enjoy the experience you’ve worked so hard to create.

We are absolutely beaming with pride watching this team take on something new, challenge themselves and show that it’s never too late to learn, grow, have a go and surprise yourself.

There’s something incredibly special about watching our Senior Team take the floor. These girls have put in the time, the work and the commitment — and today they get to stand together and show just how far that journey has taken them.

Competition days are about more than the few minutes you spend on the floor. They’re about every rehearsal that didn’t go perfectly, every challenge you worked through, every time you encouraged the person beside you and every moment you chose to keep going.

That’s what makes this team so special.

You’ve grown together, challenged each other, supported each other and created something that is so much bigger than a routine. You’ve become a team that knows how to work hard, trust one another and stand together when it matters most.

So today, forget the expectations. Forget the nerves. Take it all in.

Look around at the girls beside you, take a breath and remember how much work has gone into getting here. Then step onto that floor with confidence, perform with purpose and leave absolutely nothing behind.

This team brought together girls with many years of experience, through to girls stepping onto the Royalty stage for the very first time. The girls embraced their new team members and worked incredibly hard to support each other throughout the entire season.

A heartfelt thank you to our exceptional coaching team. Your dedication, creativity and the countless hours invested in these girls have been truly remarkable.

Bringing together such a diverse group of girls and creating routines that enabled every girl to showcase her strengths is a wonderful reflection of your expertise, commitment and passion for coaching. Your impact has extended far beyond teaching routines - you have nurtured confidence, encouraged friendships and fostered a strong sense of teamwork and belief in themselves.

We are also incredibly grateful to the parents and grandparents who not only ensure the girls are at lessons but have helped with costumes, props, head pieces, gemming and any other random job thrown your way! Thank you for your dedication and everything you have given to ensure the girls felt confident going on stage.

But the medals only tell part of the story.

This team was made up of girls with years of experience, girls who had just moved up into Sub-Juniors, girls who had never stepped onto a calisthenics stage before, and girls who joined the team only a few months ago. What could have been a challenge became something truly special.

These girls embraced feedback, supported each other, pushed through challenges and showed up every week ready to improve. They stepped onto that stage as one team, performing with grace, passion, professionalism, enthusiasm and pure joy. They held their own against incredible competition and showed exactly what can happen when you believe in each other.

A huge thank you to our incredible coach, supported by two amazing assistant coaches. The dedication, creativity and countless hours you have poured into these girls is truly amazing. Bringing together such a diverse group of athletes and creating routines that allowed every girl to shine is a testament to your talent and passion. You didn’t just teach routines—you built confidence, friendships and a team who believed in themselves.

To our beautiful Subbies, thank you for representing Para Vista with such pride, determination and heart. Your hard work, resilience and willingness to learn has been incredible to watch.

As we say goodbye to this year’s Sub-Junior team, it’s a bittersweet moment. For some girls, this was their final time competing as Subbies before moving up next season. We couldn’t be prouder of how you’ve finished this chapter.

This team is something truly special. Some of you have been part of the calisthenics family for years, while others only joined us a few short months ago. You’ve worked so incredibly hard, supported one another every step of the way, and grown into a team that dances with confidence, trust and heart.

Watching the friendships you’ve built, the determination you’ve shown and the way you’ve lifted each other up has been just as rewarding as watching your routines come together. Every practice, every correction, every challenge and every little victory has led to this moment.

As you step onto that floor today, remember that success isn’t measured by a score. It’s measured by the courage to perform, the confidence to believe in yourselves and the joy of sharing the stage with your teammates.
