So it's finally happening, the new era of podcast/video casting will be launching soon for you all! Here I will be interviewing leaders in their field who specialise in one or more of my three pillars! If you don't know already, my 3 pillars are BODY - PURPOSE - MOVEMENT! β£

There are so many different elements to each of those pillars so I want to deconstruct them and break each area up into easy to follow steps to improve your life! β£

Hey crew, as it's my mission and purpose to help you and give as much value as I can to you, I'm pretty excited to bring this interview to you all! Tune in tonight on BPM Holistic Wellness for our FB LIVE video where I will be interviewing Australias (maybe even the worlds) best human behaviour specialist! He has been my mentor for the past 6 years and he is a HUUUUGE catalyst in me coming out of a VERY (very) dark place! He gave me the tools and guidance I needed to get to where I am today & If I didn't come across his work, I can guarantee I wouldn't be standing in front of you at sessions and my health would not be where it is now. So really I can thank him for saving my life!
So now you can ask any questions you may have around human behaviour and I will ask them directly to him tonight from 8pm! We will be covering the topic of how to keep your results once you get them.
As so many of you have had great results since I came on board and we are almost halfway through our 6 week reboot, the hard part is going to be maintaining the results and making it sustainable.
