The Hollow Hold is our second progression for developing core engagement and body control.
Learning to control static positions before introducing dynamic movement builds the foundation for efficient movement, better technique, and long-term progress.
Master the basics first, then build from there.

We are hosting a HYROX Race Sim this Sunday 28/6 from 8am at CrossFit TRG.
We will have 3 starters every 10 minutes to ensure there is no congestion on sleds.
You could choose to do a full race sim or a half if you would like.
Cost is $25.00 per person and you can use the link in the post to pay and then reserve your place via the Wodify App.
