Sang had a great night last night .. taking on a 4-man tournament with two wins 🥇

I knew he was capable of performing well, but I’ll be honest… he exceeded my expectations.

His composure, skill and fight IQ were on full display and it was a great reminder of just how much potential he has as a Muay Thai athlete.
He’s still developing but heading in a really exciting direction.

A big thankyou to both of his opponents for stepping in and giving Sang two quality fights.

Thankyou as always to everyone from the club for their support!! Whether it’s staying for rounds in the gym or coming to the event 💛 We always feel you out there!

Happy Birthday to a man who’s had a huge influence on my life.

I’ve known Alan for over 20 years now and throughout that time he’s played a massive role in shaping the person I am today.

From my early days in Muay Thai, through my fighting career and now as a gym owner and coach myself.. Alan has been a constant source of knowledge, guidance and support.

It’s hard to measure the impact someone has when they’ve been part of your journey for so long .. but I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without the time, effort and belief Alan invested in me over the years.

Last night we teamed up with the U15’s Modbury football team as a part of their mid year training

The team jumped in alongside our members, partnered up and got a taste of all things Muay Thai. It was awesome to see everyone getting involved, pushing themselves and stepping outside their comfort zone.

A big thank you to our members for helping out and making the team feel welcome. We love seeing athletes from different sports come together, learn something new and challenge themselves in a different environment.

📣 Updated Timetable

Just a small adjustment heading into winter.

Friday night sparring will now commence at 5:30pm instead of 6:00pm.

The change brings Friday into line with our recent Monday and Wednesday timetable updates, giving everyone the opportunity to get their training in, get home a little earlier and still stay consistent through the colder months.

As always, the goal is to make training as accessible and practical as possible without changing the quality of the work being done.
