Recovery is just as important as the workout.

We push, strengthen and challenge our bodies but they also need time to reset and repair.

Recovery isn’t an excuse. It’s part of the progress šŸ’›šŸƒ

NUTRITION COACHING šŸ„™
FEEL LEANER, STRONGER & MORE ENERGISED

You may not need to lose weight… or you might be ready to finally lose that stubborn weight that just doesn’t seem to shift.

Maybe it’s feeling puffy/ bloated, low energy or simply not feeling like yourself anymore with hormonal shifts in the body šŸ’›

Especially through perimenopause & even post natal your body can change and what worked in your 30s may not work the same way now, I know this myself !

I can help and support you as a certified nutrition coach:

šŸƒLose body fat & reduce stubborn belly weight
šŸƒBalance changing hormones
šŸƒReduce bloating & that puffy feeling
šŸƒImprove energy & manage cravings
šŸƒSupport muscle, strength & metabolism
šŸƒ Balance carbs without cutting out the foods you love
šŸƒBuild realistic habits you can actually maintain

We’ll start exactly where you are
now, in 1-2 weeks you’ll feel the difference in your body as all my clients experience.

And you DON’T need to be a Pilates client to work with me, it can be added on for full body strength & health šŸƒ

In person or online options available.

šŸ’¬ DM me ā€œNUTRITIONā€ and I’ll send you the details.

You don’t need another ā€œextreme dietā€. You need a plan that works with your body not against it šŸ’›

I promise, it’s often the classes you don’t feel like doing that challenge us the most and those are exactly the sessions our bodies need šŸ’›šŸƒ

OK .. Hmm legs in straps + ring ??

Ring between the ankles, legs in straps… and those adductors were definitely ALIVE and a focus āļø

A little extra resistance + control = working those inner thighs while keeping the movement slow and controlled šŸ’ŖāœØ

Not sore the next day? That doesn’t mean Pilates didn’t work! šŸ’Ŗ

Ever feel like you’ve taken your Pilates up a notch, really pushed yourself and worked through some serious struggle… but wake up the next day without those sore legs?

Here’s the science šŸ‘‡

When you first challenge your muscles, you’re more likely to experience DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) caused partly by microscopic muscle damage and your body’s inflammatory response as it adapts to a new load.

But as you get stronger and repeat movements, your muscles and nervous system adapt.

Your body becomes more efficient at handling the same workload, so you may experience less soreness even though you’re still building strength and control.

And those end-of-session stretches? šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø They help maintain mobility, reduce that feeling of muscular tightness and bring your body back down after working hard.

So don’t use soreness as your measure of a good workout, trust me you’ve worked hard !

Less sore can actually mean… MORE adapted, MORE capable and MORE conditioned šŸ¤

Your body is getting stronger even when you don’t feel it the next morning✨
