Member of the Block awards — BLOCK 2 🔥
At the end of each 13-week block, we recognise the members who have embodied what REVL is all about.
With so many hardworking and consistent members, selecting just a handful of award recipients never gets easier at the end of each block.
These awards aren’t just about results — they’re about consistency, effort, attitude, growth, and the way our members show up for themselves and those around them, week after week.
They’re for the people who buy into the process, embrace the challenge, lift the standard, and make a genuine impact on our community.
A massive congratulations to our Block 2 Member of the Block winners — a well-earned recognition for the commitment, resilience, and energy you’ve brought throughout the last 13 weeks. 👏

Meet Janelle — coach, nurse, mum of two busy kids, and passionate people-person.
Despite not growing up with a sports background, after having her second child in 2012, Janelle found CrossFit through personal training and quickly fell in love with the challenge, community, and what it brought to her life. That passion eventually grew into a pathway into coaching - started out coaching CrossFit Kids before joining Brawn and now REVL — and hasn’t looked back.
Janelle has continued to build her knowledge and coaching toolkit over the years, completing her CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Kids certification, Cert III & IV in Fitness, and Women’s Physiology in Training.
Outside of coaching, life is full (hectic is probably the best word for it!). She’s a mum to two busy sports kids, works as both an Operating Theatre Nurse and a Personal Assistant to a private surgeon. All the while prioritising her own trianing with a continued drive for the competetive side of CrossFit, competing in two different leagues, in both individual and team events when she can. Her current training goals are proof that coaches never stop evolving, adapting, refocussing and striving to be better each day!
While coaching isn’t her full-time career, it’s definitely her passion project. Helping people, building connections, and supporting individuals through both the mental and physical side of their journey is what drives her. No matter how busy life gets, she always finds time for coaching because making a positive impact on people’s lives is what she loves most, and that always comes through when Janelle’s in the coaches shirt!
Catch Janelle on the regular coaching Move Total on Monday afternoons! 🙌🏽
