pability. Golden Grove Boxing Gym offers participants the ability to learn the sport of boxing and improve your skills/technique all whilst continuously improving your overall fitness through the following training classes:

General Training Class - a class that is designed for all participants of varying fitness and skill levels involving skipping, exercises and bad work. Minimum age: 14yo

Technical/Sparing Class - available for those that wish to work on their boxing skills and wish to take boxing to the next level. Minimum age: 14yo



Golden Grove Boxing Gym also has various exercise machines such as tread mills and exercise bikes available at no extra charge. Golden Grove Boxing Gym's amenities include:
Female Toilet/Change Room,
Male Toilet/Change Room,
Disabled Toilet/change Room,
Shower and
Sauna. Golden Grove Boxing Gym has a variety of registered coaches that help out during training sessions. The coaches all have their own unique training and boxing style to which they include everyone in which helps to keep the training fresh and exciting. The trainers will also continuously look out for you to aid in help you required in your fitness/boxing technique. For your first session please be sure to bring the following items:
