A bitter-sweet end the the 2026 Winternationals. Phil won the B-Final, but not without hurting some parts on the car. He pedalled his Fuchs Top Fuel Dragster down the drag strip after losing traction to get those valuable points in the Championship chase.

We came out wanting to do exactly what we did in the first round of racing, but the Fuchs Top Fuel Dragster spun the tires at the hit making for a less than perfect pass. We will go back now ready to throw everything at it for the finals.

Today may not have gone to plan, but tomorrow is a new day, and we'll be trying to turn on that win light come Round 1 tomorrow!

It was a bizarre second qualifier with Phil showing a red light and then idling down the track, not recording a representable time for the session. Tomorrow we head into Round 1 of racing against Wayne Newby, and we'll be doing everything we can to make sure this car is doing what it does best... go fast!
