Brighton for the past 8 years, I have decided to move my business and build an awesome space at home, an excit6ing new beginning with exciting new changes! I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years and I have a strong passion for a healthy lifestyle. I am blessed with 3 beautiful talented teenage daughters who inspire me everyday! I'm looking forward to the change with enthusiasm and excitement!
