We are passionate about creating a positive association with movement and exercise in young people. We ask them to be curious and have a go, always supporting them to explore what they can do, and where they can improve.
Term 3 classes start next week on Tuesday 21st July. Kids are 4:00pm and Teens at 4:45. On Saturdays Kids' are at 10:30 and Teens at 11:30.

That's right! The holidays are zooming past and our classes start back next week. Our revamped kids session on Tuesdays at 4:00pm is for 7-14 year olds and will be a high energy session incorporating movements used in the Hyrox Youngstars series. Our Saturday kids' session (10:30am) remains the same, with a focus on movement patterns, balance, coordination, strength and fitness for 6-12 year olds. Our teens' sessions (Tuesday 4:45 and Saturday 11:30) focus on quality movement, strength, power and cardio fitness.

Our Tuesday kids class is changing this term, with a focus on exercises used in the kids Hyrox Youngstars series, and aimed at improving cardio endurance. The class is suitable for kids aged 7-14 years. Our Saturday kids session (6-12) remains the same, as do our Teens sessions (13-17).

We are so excited to share that our 4:00pm Tuesday session will be focusing on exercises used in the kids Hyrox Youngstars series (https://hyrox.com/hyrox-youngstars/ ). Think weighted sled pushes and pulls, lunges, burpees, broad jumps, ski erg, rower, farmers walks and the like.
Kids will need to be big enough to use the ski erg and the rower for this class, so we are changing the age for our Tuesday session to 7-14 years and places will be limited. Your young person will learn correct technique for all of these movements and all movements are scalable according to your child’s level of fitness and ability.
Saturday Kids will remain as is, with a focus on movement patterns, agility, balance, coordination, power and strength for ages 5-12/13. Teens remains the same as last term, in format and age group (13-17) on both days.
