Please be advised, the Funeral Service for Brad ‘BP’ Palmer is this Saturday 4th July 2026, 10am, at Harrison’s Funerals. 63 Golden Grove Rd, Ridgehaven.

It is with great sadness to advise that former TTGDCC Player Life Member, A Grade player, long serving B Grade Captain, and all-round TTG legend Brad ‘BP’ Palmer passed away on Wed 17th June.

BP, Beeper, the Good Doctor - as many of his close club and lifelong friends called him (somehow concocting the latter up from the Caddyshack character Dr Beeper) – will be fondly remembered as simply a great guy, a passionate team mate and ferociously competitive cricketer who loved nothing more than to stir up the quicks so they’d bounce him and he could unleash his favourite shots the hook, pull and cut, to all parts square of the wicket.

Brad was everyone’s mate, greatly respected by all including opposition players.

Thoughts and condolences are with Brad’s family – Bob, Kate, Brooke, Zoe and Matilda – and a special mention of condolence to his friends, acquaintances, colleagues and especially those friends closest to him at this incredibly difficult time.
