Hi all, due to the new COVID outbreak, the SA government is prohibiting gyms/recreation for at least 2 weeks. It doesn't start until midnight tonight, but to be cautious training tonight is also cancelled. I apologise for any inconvenience, but safety comes first. Great to see so many people on the mats! Back to basics and shaking off the rust!
