Big things are happening at Mindarie-Halidon! 🐎

With the support of Racing SA, a state-of-the-art MawSafe PVC running rail has now been installed at the Mindarie-Halidon Racecourse, marking a significant upgrade to one of our beloved Murraylands tracks.

Recognised for its durability, low maintenance requirements and enhanced safety benefits for both horses and riders, the new rail brings Mindarie-Halidon into line with contemporary racing infrastructure standards seen across TAB racing venues in South Australia.

The club are thrilled about the new upgrades, ‘It’s really important and valuable for our club, an excellent effort from all involved’ said Geoff Redden, club President.

The upgrades don't stop there either. Racing SA will look to schedule official barrier trials at Mindarie-Halidon, further utilising the track.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in delivering this important project and investing in the future of country racing in the Murraylands.
