sadly last Friday the property where my home studio was located was burnt down in a fire - remarkably the studio was untouched but currently has no power on site due to the power being cut off ! (Disclaimer: no one was hurt during the fire)
For safety reasons this will drastically reduce the hours that can be offered at the studio so bookings will be closed until further notice.
All existing clients will be contacted personally 💕

Meet SKULPT Challenge winner 🏆💕
Dakota shares her progress after recent completing our 12 week Skulpt challenge!
For this challenge, her focus was ‘Body Recomp’ while establishing and maintaining a flexible nutritional goal - finishing at 1,700-1,800 calories. Dakota lost a huge 42cm across her measurements during the 12 weeks ! 😱💪🏽
Dakota says “ I definitely gained so much confidence in not only myself but my abilities in the gym! seeing myself get stronger and stronger every week was just so exciting, and when i finally noticed the physical changes i was so motivated to just keep pushing! I’ve never been able to stick to exercise before but since the challenge i’ve kept such a good routine going and i have such a healthy relationship with the gym! I’m so greatful for the challenge honestly and i’m so ready for the next! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 “
