Art is about showing up. Starting, adding layers upon layers sometimes and trusting my intuition to guide me.

Theres something incredibly freeing about intuitive painting.

Creating from feeling, no pressure to be anything just what it is.

The best pieces always emerge when I don’t try to make them something.

The process of creating is always enough and it’s great when you love what’s poured out onto your surface.

It’s not about perfection, it’s a letting go and trusting your hands as they make marks.

First time I’ve painted in a while. She already had layers underneath and I just kept going.

There is something I deeply love about textured artwork.

This is my very last full set from my post card collection of fine line artwork.

I created these I think around 2015 and have been considering creating a new set of my favourite mixed media paintings 🎨

They were designed for good old fashioned snail 🐌 mail 📫

💌 writing to pen pals
💌 sending notes to loved ones
💌 one sided gift cards/tags
💌 or to simply send to someone because you were thinking of them

I have seen these framed in healing spaces and they look great 👍

All originals were hand drawn and coloured with bright, bold, fun loving 🥰 colours of the rainbow 🌈

Intended to spread love 💓good vibes ✨and inspire others to do what they love and share it with the world 🌏

I love putting a smile 😀 on other people’s faces, making hearts 💞 burst 💥 and sharing my heart through my art.

I painted this portal after doing the doubt to done shift in The Shift which I’ve been a part of for the past 6 months with Candice Hooper

She’s sparkly and the gold is absolutely beautiful 😍 the pastels are amazing and I love it 🫶 I think I need to make post cards of her 😉

Doing The Shift the past 6 months has been really good. I feel more confident in myself, my life and my business.

I’m excited to put my focus back on finishing my art therapy studies for the rest of the year now.

Painting has been on hold the past month while I received and launched my 3rd groundedgoddessgaia clothing collection’Home’

I love creating my clothing collections as much as I love creating art. It’s all art to me and a way to express and share my creativity 🤸🏼‍♂️

365 Powerful Portrait Project is also on pause for winter, but it’s a passion project I know I need to create. The more of these sessions I do the more I know how much this is needed.

I’ll be sharing more art soon as I dive back into my studies as there is a prac part to each module that I take myself through and hand in.

Road trip creations. I weaved 5 baskets in 5 days 🪡 A short getaway to Robe.

5 handmade beauties. Weaved with love & intention. Each one unique in size, shape, weave & materials 🧶🪡

Scott & I collected a lot of plastic & rope in a 1hr walk along long beach at Robe. I will use the micro plastic for art too. Robe is a beautiful clean town but micro plastic shows up everywhere.

I used raffia a natural fibre to craft the baskets 🧺 but added other things into the weave.

Rope washed up on the beach is rubbish, a real problem, but I love to recycle ♻️ it into my Art pieces.

This one has some recycled silk sari 🥻 weaved through it. Such a beautiful soft texture to weave in 🪡

I used h**p string to weave some of these together and raffia for others.

Bottomless cups of tea 🫖 are required on cold rainy 🌧️ and windy 🌬️ days in the caravan ♥️

Greeting Cards

Over the years I’ve put my artwork onto so many different things from bags to post cards and I released these two sets of greeting cards. 12 cards in total.

Fine line artwork and meditation mandalas.

I love intricate patterns, shapes, structures, colours and textures.

I also love the relaxed 😌 state I feel when I’m creating repetitive patterns.

I’ve shared meditation mandalas through workshops and retreats for many years and the feedback has been positive.

I haven’t shared these cards in a long time and they’re still available until sold out.

I don’t ever use the same artwork for more than one print project.

I didn’t think I had any of my It Was Written In The Stars ✨ ‘Share what’s on your heart’ ♥️ Journals 📔 left, but I do. I found a few in a box 📦

These beautiful journals were hand drawn with love by me and printed in South Australia on sustainable paper.

They are white wiro bound which means they open up completely flat to write or draw within the pages.

The paper is FSC certified supporting responsible forestry 🌳
