The boys are off to Valleys tomorrow, while the weekend's action kicks off tonight at home for our U14 Girls (white)!

This weekend's action begins tonight with our U14 Girls' White side, before a full Saturday at home!

Please join us next Monday evening, 29 June, for a Sports Nutrition Information Session with nutritionist Steph McInnes, from 7:00pm to 8:00pm in the Port Noarlunga Football Clubrooms.

This session has been specifically designed with a focus on supporting female athletes from Under 14s through to our Senior teams who will all be in attendance.

Steph will provide practical advice on nutrition, performance, recovery, hydration and fuelling for sport, helping our players maximise both their health and on-field performance.

Parents are also warmly invited to attend and gain valuable insights into supporting young athletes through nutrition.

We look forward to seeing all of our players and families there.
