Become a Qualified Aqua Exercise Instructor!

Take the next step in your fitness career with our nationally recognised Aqua Exercise Instructor course.

This course includes one day of face-to-face training for Aqua Exercise Instruction, combined with flexible online learning. This blended approach ensures you receive hands-on experience while studying at your own pace, making it easier to fit your training into your schedule.

Aqua Exercise Instructors are in high demand across Australia as more people embrace low-impact, water-based workouts for fitness and rehabilitation. With growing opportunities in gyms, pools, and wellness centres nationwide, becoming a qualified Aqua Instructor opens the door to a rewarding career in a rapidly expanding industry.

All students receive expert guidance from leading Aqua Fitness presenters (Donna Wilmott & Claire Barker-Hemings) on behalf of Ampd Academy (RTO: 31946). You’ll learn how to design sessions that make the most of water-based exercise, keep participants motivated, and adjust activities for different ages and fitness levels. With rescue skills included, you’ll also be prepared to manage safety and respond appropriately in real aquatic environments.

It’s Jelly Bean June at PGSS, which means when you wear your beanie after swimming you get a free jelly bean from the front desk! 🥳

Remember, our pool stays warm all year round! It’s important not to take a break from swimming over winter as this interrupts your child’s progress.

Get ready for Jelly Bean June at Parafield Gardens Swim School starting TOMORROW, June 1st!

As the weather gets colder, (but don't worry- our pool stays warm all year round!) we want to make sure our little swimmers stay warm and cozy after their swimming lessons. So, we're encouraging kids to wear their favourite beanies to and from their lessons!
