We'd like to formally announce Joe Marcucci and Jak Gaskin as our Reserve and U18 girls women's head coaches for 2027 👏

We spoke to both Joe and Jak who told us more about their careers in football

Joe - "I have been deeply involved in football for the past 45 years as a player, referee, and coach. My coaching journey includes significant success in the men's game since 2015, where I secured 9 championships and cups with BOSA FC, alongside valuable development experience as an Under-23 coach for Salisbury United and Enfield City.

Since 2020, I have focused my expertise on the women's game, proudly coaching junior girls and senior women at Metro United WFC and senior women at BOSA FC

Jak -" I've been at Western Strikers for over a decade with six of them being a player. Throughout this time of which I was playing, I made my way through to the reserves unit and then transitioned into a coach. For the last half a decade, I've been involved with the development of our miniroos and juniors between U9s to U14-15s. Much more recently, I've been involved in the reserve women's set up."
