If you need a sign to move your body... this is it!
You CAN do this anywhere...
10 Squats (or chair sit and stands)
10 Knee ups (as high as you can)
10 Calf raises (up on to your toes)
10 Push ups (wall, bench or floor)
10 Side steps (both ways)
10 Shoulder rolls (both directions - big moves)
Repeat each movement 2 or 3 times.

When times get challenging and we start to fall in negative ( ) patterns or thoughts... try reminding yourself of your , your and what you want to leave. It may be inspiring and supporting others, being a healthy role model to your children, financial abundance, career development, chasing adventures... whatever makes you feel like your getting the most out of your life... your version of . Maybe success is taking the time to review (remind yourself) or reassess ( ) your goals so they are in line with what is important to you and then taking the to make them happen.

Focussing on my goals this month is definitely making me feel stronger mentally and physically every day 🧡💪
There is plenty to be grateful for and life is full of beauty but also times can get tough. When it does - continuing to prioritise your physical and mental health by staying active really does help👌

POSE OF THE WEEK
Revovled triangle not to be confused with a regular triangle pose, its a real challenge if you have tight hips - but also the perfect antidote for them!
