I'm already planning the first big day of spring, and I'd love you in the room for it.

There's a date I'm quietly excited about. September 20th, Montacute Institute, a five hour spring immersion of yin with me, 9D breathwork with Jess & Wes and sound healing with Chris Toms.

It's the deepest of the seasonal experiences I run, the one where you really get to rest and expand and leave feeling like a softer, steadier version of yourself walking away.

I know September feels far off from the middle of winter, though the people who come to these tend to be the ones who plant the seed early. Early bird tickets are open now, and I'd love for you to be part of it.

Think of it as a promise to your future self. The one who made it through winter by staying soft and staying consistent.

Early bird tickets for Spring Expansion are open on the events page. Link below.

Last Friday night at Ondeen was everything.

We moved together first. A practice that asked the week to leave the body, slowly and with permission. No rush. No performance. Just twelve people and the quiet work of arriving somewhere softer than where they started.

And then the table.
Chef Adam Bowden did something quietly extraordinary. Pickled and raw farm vegetables with garden herb emulsion. Free range pork and chicken terrine with quince, persimmon and sorrel. Slow cooked beef cheek with cauliflower, black garlic and saltbush. And to close, chocolate cremeaux with h**p ice cream and honeycomb.

Every course matched to a wine that belonged exactly there — Turon NV Sparkling Blanc de Noirs, Wicks Estate Pinot Noir, Silver Lining Syrah.

The room was warm. The hills were dark outside. The conversation went deep in the way it only does when people have already been still together.

This is what ten years of Roaming Zen looks like. Collaborations with people who care as much about the experience as you do. Rooms full of humans who show up ready to receive something.
We are already planning the next one.

And before that, The Friday Unravelling comes to Golding Wines on 21 August. Yin yoga and live sound healing with Chris Toms of Harmonic Essence, woven together in the Golding barn for 75 minutes of complete surrender. That one is ticketed through Golding Wines directly and spaces are limited.

A beautiful winter and spring ahead.
Watch this space. 🌿

The June Yin and MFR workshop at in Stirling has sold out!

Thank you. Truly. The room is full and I cannot wait.

If you missed out, here's the good news. The next one is already in the diary.
Saturday 12 September. 2 to 4.30pm. Pilates Proactive, Stirling.

A 2.5 hour window to put down what you've been carrying.

Winter is long in this part of the world, and bodies feel it. By September the holding has had time to settle in. This workshop is for that. Two and a half hours of long, slow yin holds and guided myofascial release to soften through the legs, hips, side body and spine, and meet the rising energy of spring with a body that's ready for it.

No experience needed. You don't have to be flexible or know what you're doing. You just need a body that's ready to set something down for an afternoon. These slower practices don't fix your life. They give you a place to put it down so you can pick it back up with steadier hands.

Spaces are limited and the June one filled quickly, so if you know it's for you, don't wait on this one.

Booking is through Pilates Proactive, or comment "spring" and I'll send you the link.

There’s something about a new space.

We moved Tuesday Yoga to Tara Hall last week, tucked quietly behind Buddha House on Magill Rd, and as Wendy put it so perfectly, it’s amazing how a different set of walls can make you feel so much better. So peaceful. The first time she’d truly been able to rest.

That’s the invitation. 10:45am every Tuesday, a slow flow and recovery, $20 and a weekly gift to yourself.

Come and find your rest with us. 💜

Rest isn't the reward for the work. Sometimes rest is the work.

We've been sold the idea that slowing down is something you earn after you've pushed hard enough. I don't believe that anymore. The nervous system doesn't care how productive you've been. It needs you to stop, fully, regularly.

Yin is where I learned this. Long holds, nowhere to be, the body finally allowed to soften. It feels like doing nothing. It's actually doing everything.

When did you last properly stop? No phone, no list. Tell me below.

And if you're keen to stop with me on a weekly basis - join me at Ashton, Monday 630pm in Studio or Livestream x

Some evenings are worth clearing the calendar for!

On Friday June 12th, Still & Savour at Ondeen in Verdun is one of them. We begin with yin yoga as the light fades, the kind of slow that lets the whole week fall off your shoulders. Then a seasonal winter dinner with Chef Adam Bowden, and a wine flight to go with it.

Twenty spaces, an intimate setting, incredible food and wonderful company.
Folk who love these evenings tend to be quick, and I'd rather you heard it from me than missed it.

Reserve your seat on the events page. Link below or in bio

This little baby arrived in the post today, and here I am wearing my two favourite brands at once.

Roaming Zen and The b. class™️.

The cup is covered in lyrics from some of my favourite b songs, and reading them with my first coffee felt like the gentlest way to start the day.

If you love someone, then tell them out loud. Don’t be so hard on yourself. I’m in love with the girl in the mirror. My life is worth fighting for. There must be a higher love, down in the heart or hidden in the stars above. We might fall, but we won’t break, we just get stronger.

There’s something about holding those words in your hands while the morning is still waking up around you. A small ritual, made a little bigger.

So my coffee just got a serious b boost.

Want to know more about b? Reach out. I’d love for you to experience it.

I didn't find movement in a gym. I found it again at the barre, after illness, when my body felt like a stranger.

People ask why I teach so many different things. Yoga, yin, barre, the b. class.

The honest answer is that each one gave me something back at a different time in my life. Barre brought me home to my body after I'd been very unwell. Gentle and strong at the same time, reminding me what I was still capable of. Yin taught me to stop. The b. class™️ let me feel everything I'd been holding.

So when you walk into one of my classes this winter, you're not walking into a workout. You're walking into the one thing that has carried me for a decade, offered to you. Presence.

Yoga at Tara Hall. Yin at Ashton. The b. class at Magill and Lower Mitcham. Roaming Zen events across the Adelaide Hills.

Come as you are. That's always been enough.

New to it all? Message me and I'll point you to the class that suits where you're at right now.

Where has the year gone?

We're nearly at the midpoint of 2026, and it's been a big, full, fast few months. But full isn't the same as forgettable. Tucked inside all the busyness are the highlights, the moments worth holding onto.
One of mine, was soaking in this incredible view at Horseshoe Top End early in May for my birthday.

Here's a gentle reminder, for you and I, to find the space between all the things and breathe them in.

June is full of beautiful ways to do exactly that. Still & Savour at Ondeen Farm on the 12th, Yin & MFR at Pilates Proactive Stirling on the 20th, and a little celebration brewing for 12 months of dancing together at Magill Guides.

Plus Tuesday Yoga has a new home from the 9th, and The b. class™️ Online Leader Training Program is finally here.

It's all in the newsletter that just landed in your inbox. Have a read, and come find your space with RZ this June. 🤍
