From basketball, badminton and volleyball to Move & Grow, Kids Activate, fitness and world sports, there are plenty of opportunities to get moving. Plus, mix things up with Glow Gym Holiday Fun, interactive science and a magic show! 🏀🏸🧪🎩

With activities available for a range of ages, plenty of FREE sessions and other low-cost options, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy.

Looking for something fun and active for the kids during the Term 3 school holidays?

Growing for Gold gives young people aged 3–16 years the opportunity to try a range of local sporting and recreational activities FREE of charge!

It’s a great way to try something new, discover a sport they enjoy and connect with local clubs.

From cricket to athletics, basketball, taekwondo, boxing and plenty more, there’s something for all interests, abilities and skill levels during Growing for Gold!

Free come-and-try sessions, for kids aged 3 to 16, are held at sporting clubs across Adelaide's north, in a safe and welcoming environment.

This year's program will be held from 26 September to 11 October 2026.

Registered participants will receive a certificate, and those who go on to join a participating club within the eligible period will also receive a voucher to help with the cost of sporting apparel, shoes or equipment plus other fun incentives.

No experience is needed, just a willingness to get involved and have a go! Registrations are now open www.growingforgold.com.au

Looking for a fun and active way to kick off the week with your little one?

Glow Gym is the perfect place for children to climb, crawl, balance, jump and explore while building confidence through movement in a safe, welcoming and playful environment.
