A little something I’ve been rustling up. I wrote the bare bones of this song a few years ago for my daughter. I thought it was time to revive and record it with the help of my 5 year old, featured in the chorus 🥹.
On a wild whim, I improvised a vocal soundscape to capture the Australian bush and decided to keep it. It’s not your typical lullaby, but I hope it connects families to nature, activates the heart, and makes little ones feel grounded, calm and loved.
The video features my daughter’s favourite koala toy, funnily enough she named it ‘Gumtree’. 🐨🌿

Feeling sparkly from running 2 sold out back-to-back events this morning for Mums & Bubs and Little Learners - a collaboration with City of Burnside Library, aligning with Words Grow Minds, while celebrating World Yoga Day! ✨

I read the fabulous book ‘Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?’ and sang nursery rhymes and guided a yoga session inspired by the animals in the book - a visual, musical and embodied experience for families and their little ones. 🐻 🎶

This one has been living in my heart for a while 💚
Hey He Ho is my new original nature song and chant. It’s about gaining strength from the trees, grounding your feet to the earth and dancing to your own heart’s song. Made extra special with backing vocals by my husband and 5 year old daughter, who helped bring my vision to life so beautifully.
